Heard learned Advocates for the parties.

Affidavit filed by the respondent / contemner is taken on record. 3.

The respondent / contemner had tendered unconditional apology for the delay occurred in complying with the order passed by this Court, dated 17.7.2015. It has been made clear in paragraph No.5 of the affidavit that the amount of Rs.75,000/-, as per direction of this Court, has been paid to the petitioner on 31.3.2016 by a cheque and that the petitioner has accepted the said cheque.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner accepts this contention and further states that now he has no grievance against non-compliance of the order passed by this Court.

In view of the affidavit of the respondent, statement of the petitioner and due compliance of the order passed by this Court, present Contempt Petition stands disposed off.
