The present application has been filed for amendment in disposed of petition.

It has been stated that in the main petition the applicant mentioned due amount in respect of year 2020 to 2024 school-wise. It was for one year only, but as regards the Annexures are concerned those remained to be given and, therefore, he seeks amendment to paragraph no.8 by giving outstanding amount school-wise.

No necessity to issue notice in view of the order passed by this Court on 20.03.2024 as we had directed respondents to scrutinize the case of the petitioners and there was no specific order in respect of the particular amount. Therefore, the structure of the writ petition or contents will not make much difference. The
