We have extensively heard the submissions of the learned Advocate for the applicant.

Upon perusing the entire record, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the thrust of the applicant is that respondent No.4 has prepared a bogus PR card showing excess land in his possession and based on the same, he has constructed in excess of the land which he actually owns as per the sale deed.

Having heard the parties, we expressed our disinclination.

The applicant desires to challenge the act of preparation of bogus PR card and the excess illegal construction made by virtue of the same by misleading the municipal council for obtaining the building permission, before an appropriate forum.

In view of the above, we permit the review applicant to withdraw the review application and to take recourse to the remedy which may be permissible in law. The review petition is, therefore, disposed of.
