The applicants are seeking permission to bring the legal heirs of appellant No.2- Bhika Govinda Patil, who admittedly died on 31/01/2023.

There is no strong objection from other side and the application is within time. As such the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B.

The appellants are directed to carry out the amendment within stipulated period.

B) ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.5206 OF 2023 :

The applicants are seeking permission to bring the legal heirs of appellant No.1-Sarubai Govinda Patil, who admittedly died on 09/07/2022 by condoning the delay of 167 days. 3.

The pursis dated 30/01/2023 indicates that the legal heirs of Sarubai are already on record. As such, the application stands allowed by directing the other appellants to delete the name of appellant No.1-Sarubai. Such deletion be carried out within stipulated period.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
