The complainant is present before this Court. The present proceedings are by the accused for quashing the order of refusal of discharge passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Jalgaon, on Exh. 13 in R.C.C. No. 392/2015.

The petitioner is booked in C.R. No. 142/2014, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

All these offences are compoundable. A term of compromise is tendered before the Court, duly signed by Reajendra Humraj Kolpakar and Namdeo Polad Patil.

The same is verified by the complainant before this Court. As such, the writ petition is dismissed of with following order: 6.

The offence registered against the present petitioner vide R.C.C. No. 392/2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code stands compounded. The petitioner stands acquitted of the charge in view of compromise.

The complainant is permitted to withdraw the amount, deposited in this Court, with interest, pursuant to no objection given by the accused persons.
