In view of the fact that the appeal is already admitted and interim relief is operating since 2005, it will be in the interest of justice to continue the same till final disposal of the second appeal. Final hearing of the second appeal is expedited. It is clarified that the status-quo shall be in relation to possession of the suit property. 4.
