The present contempt petition is filed on a grievance of non compliance of the order of this Court dated 09.01.2017. In response to the notice issued by this Court, an affidavit-in-reply is filed on behalf of respondent No.1 - Dr. Pradeep Vyas, Principal Secretary, Public Health Department, State of Maharashtra. It is stated in the affidavit-in-reply that the order of this Court is complied with. A copy of the decision

The learned AGP orally submits that the delay caused in compliance of the order of this Court is due to the administrative and procedural difficulties and the delay is purely unintentional and bona-fide. The learned AGP thus submits, on instructions, that respondent No.1 in particular and respondent authorities in general would take appropriate care henceforth, to see that the order of this Court is complied with within the time stipulated period. The submission of learned AGP is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

As the order of this Court is now duly complied with, the grievance of the petitioner no more survives. 4.
