In view of the common order dated 08.04.2021, in the bunch of writ petitions bearing W. P. No. 32 of 2014, etc., instant Criminal Writ Petition, fled by the applicant-petitioner, came to be rejected for non removal of offce objections within stipulated period.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, Criminal Application No. 1197 of 2022 is allowed in terms of prayer clause "C" subject to costs of Rs.500/- (Rs. Five hundred) to be paid to the Library of Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad.
