PER COURT :- 1.

Learned Advocate for the applicants, who claimed to be the L.Rs. of the deceased petitioner, have moved this Civil Application seeking leave to withdraw Writ Petition in the light of the resolution passed by the contesting respondent, copy of which is placed on record. 2.

Shri Bankar, learned Advocate, who had appeared for the petitioners in the petitions submits that he has no instructions. 3.

Learned Advocates for the non-applicants submit that if the applicants are withdrawing the writ petition on the basis of any resolution passed as mentioned in the Civil Application, they have no objection. 4.

In the light of the statements made as above and in the civil application, the same is allowed. Writ Petition No.5318 of 2004 is disposed off as having been withdrawn by the applicants in the Civil Application. 5.

Rule, in Writ Petition, is discharged.
