By this petition, the petitioners seek a decision on their application dated 28th February, 2019 vide which they have sought rental compensation. The lands were acquired in 2004. Compensation was paid in 2009. Rental compensation is not paid. The said application is pending with respondent No. 3.

In view of the above, we are disposing off this petition by direction respondent No. 3 to issue notices to the parties concerned with the application dated 28th February, 2019 filed by the petitioners. Such notice shall be issued on or before 10th May, 2022. After affording a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the parties, respondent No. 3 wp14969.21.odt

would pass appropriate orders on the said application, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 15th July, 2022.
