Heard the learned Advocate appearing for the respective parties.

The applicant seeks condonation of delay of 99 days caused in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 27.08.2019 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Aurangabad in L.A.R. No.519/1998.

The learned Advocate appearing for the applicant invites attention of this Court to the pleadings in paragraph nos.4 to 7 of the application and submits that sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay.

Having considered reasons as stated in the application and considering the delay of only 99 days caused in filing the Appeal, case is made out to condone the delay. Hence, following order:
