DATED : 23 rd April, 2015 PER COURT :- 1] By the present application, the applicant is seeking his release on bail in connection with Crime No. 25 of 2015, registered with Bhada Police Station, District Latur, for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 354, 364, 511, 294, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2] I have heard Shri S.S.Panale, learned counsel for the applicant and Smt. V.A.Shinde, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/State.

3] The applicant is arrested on 12.3.2015 and since then he is in jail.

4] Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has made available to this court the investigation papers. From the investigation papers, it is clear that the entire investigation is over and only the act of filing of charge sheet is remained to be done.

5] According to the first information report the applicant has used abusive language to the first informant and also tried to pull her in the Indigo motor vehicle.

crap1775.15 6] In that view of the matter, further custodial presence of the applicant is not warranted. Hence I pass following order.

O R D E R

(i) Criminal Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant-Vishnu s/o Nivrutti Koli be released on bail, in connection with Crime No. 25 of 2015, registered with Bhada Police Station, District Latur, for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 354, 364, 511, 294, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on he executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with two solvent sureties in the like amount.

(iii) Bail before the trial court.

(iv) The applicant shall not try to contact or influence the first informant.

(v) The applicant shall attend Bhada police station, District Latur twice a week, preferably on every Sunday and Tuesday, in between 1.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. for first three months and thereafter shall attend police station once a week preferably on Sunday on the said time till the charge is framed by the trial court.

(vi) Criminal Application is disposed of.
