The petitioner seeks directions for deciding his commercial suit fled in the year 2018 expeditiously. 2.

It is the contention of Mr. Shekade, learned Advocate for the petitioner that the commercial suit is registered as 05/2018. The commercial suit is required to be decided within six months. The same is not decided. No further steps are undertaken by the Court. The petitioner has already fled afdavit for examinationiinichief. 3.

No doubt, the commercial suits are required to be decided expeditiously by the commercial Court. The petitioner shall make an application to the Court where the

6WP12504 commercial suit is pending for deciding the suit expeditiously. Naturally, the Court will have to consider the application for deciding the suit expeditiously in accordance with the spirit of the act.

In case even after giving the application, the suit is not decided within reasonable time then the petitioner can move this Court.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
