The petitioner is challenging the order passed by respondent No. 3 - the Education Officer (Primary) dated 03.03.2025 (Exhibit - 'D') whereby she has refused to grant approval to his transfer from un-aided division to aided division of the same management.

Considering the mechanism provided by the Government Resolution dated 27.03.2024, the petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to resort to it. If any such appeal/application is submitted within two weeks, the appellate authority shall not refuse to consider it on the ground of limitation prescribed under that Government Resolution.
