Learned Counsel for the respondent - husband fairly states that the respondent has no objection if this application is allowed. Learned Counsel would, however, submit that considering the controversy, the Hindu Marriage Petition may be decided expeditiously on its transfer to Nanded.

By consent, this Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B', which reads thus :

"B] The proceedings of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 1626/2018, pending with the learned XVIIth C.J.S.D. at Pune, fled by the respondent against the applicant, may kindly be transferred to the learned Family Court at Nanded".

The Family Court, Nanded is requested to dispose of the Hindu Marriage Petition as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within one year from the date of communication of this order.
