The Petitioners have put-forth prayer clause-B as under: "B.

By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, the respondent No. 2 may kindly be directed to deliver the judgment in Appeal No. 2018/FN- 110/L-7 within 4 weeks."

The Petitioners submit that the final hearing in the matter before Respondent No.2, has concluded months ago.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions:

a) If the hearing in the appeal was conducted before a particular Minister or Secretary of the Department and after closing the matter for orders, if the
