This is tenant's revision application taking exception to the concurrent findings of fact directing him to vacate the tenanted premises/shop block used for running a medical shop. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant - tenant came around to submit that if time is granted to vacate the said premises up to the end of October 2022, the tenant will vacate the same. He required that much time since license given on that address is up to that time only and he also has to search for an alternative premises.

Learned counsel for the respondent - landlord objects. He is ready to give time of not more than two - three months for vacating the premises. 1 / 2

Considered the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant. The difficulty appears to be genuine. The applicant - tenant is, therefore, granted time to vacate the premises latest by 31st October, 2022, provided he shall give an undertaking to that effect and pay arrears of rent to that extent and shall not create any third party interest. 5.
