We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the Petitioners and the learned AGP.

Since the learned Single Judge has granted extension of time to the Joint Charity Commissioner in the pending proceeding, it would be within the jurisdiction of the learned Single Judge Bench to consider issues related thereto. We do not find it appropriate to exercise our Writ jurisdiction in such circumstances.
