Mr. Deshpande, the learned Asstt. Solicitor General submits that the order of this Court was passed on 11.01.2017 to the effect that if the results are not declared, the same shall be declared after examining whether the procedure has been followed or not, and then declare the result within four weeks. However, on 10.01.2017 itself it wad decided to cancel the entire selection process and centralize recruitment shall be undertaken to fill up non-teaching post.

(2) WP No.275/2018 2.

In light of the above, the order of this Court is not possible to be implemented so far as declaration of result is concerned.

Considering the above, no question arises of entertaining the contempt.
