The Petitioners claim to be eligible for the position of Community Health Officers. Their grievance is that both of them have not been considered.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that Petitioner No.1 has tendered a representation, dated 15th February, 2020 and Petitioner No.2 has tendered a representation, dated 13th March, 2024. Both pray that the representations be considered as they are pending with Respondent No.1.
