Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not employee of minority institute, albeit, such statement is appearing in paragraphs 1 and 3 of the order. The learned AGP also fairly concedes, after going through the record, that irrespective of status of the institution, the issue regarding mandatory nature of TET is already subjudice before the Supreme Court and fate of the matter would not alter in spite of carrying out correction as is being requested for. 4.

In the light of above, the following words in Paragraph nos. 1 and 3 shall be deleted.
