2] It appears that the petitioner has already approached the Civil Court against original owner and subsequent purchaser. The Civil Court is already seized with the matter. The petitioner may prosecute his proceeding before the Civil Court and may file application for necessary orders in accordance with law.

3] As the matter is already subjudiced with the Civil Court between the parties, we are not inclined to consider the contentions on merits.
