Heard learned counsel for the appearing parties. Respondent No. 3 though served, is absent.

Going by the contents of impugned order, it appears that respondent No. 3 has raised certain claims in respect of property which is claimed to be owned by the present petitioner. In view of the same, certain orders have been passed by the

wp6399.19 authorities, however, no final decision as yet, appears to have been taken.

Mr. Bhandari, learned counsel appearing for respondents No. 1 and 2, on instructions, states that he has no particular objection for granting relief under prayer clause "(B)". 4.

In view of the same, we consider it appropriate that concerned respondent No. 2 shall finally decide on the matter as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks. Needless to refer to that decision will be taken by adhering to the principles of natural justice. In case of no response from respondent No. 3, the matter may be proceeded with. 5.
