This is an application filed on behalf of first informant - Raju Vitthalrao Dhage to assist the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Mr.S.B.Gastgar, learned counsel for the Applicants in Criminal Application No.1646 of 2015 has no objection if the application is allowed. Even otherwise, the first informant is having a substantive right, not only to assist the learned Public Prosecutor, but also to address the Court independently if the court is of the view that assistance in the matter is required.
