Issue notice to Respondents. Learned Additional Government Pleader waives notice for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Learned counsel waives notice for Respondent No. 4. The validation proceeding in respect

( 2 ) wp 3496.18 of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since the year - 2016. The petitioner is admitted in 1 st year B.D.S. course. However, examination forms is not issued on the ground that validity is not submitted. 2.

In case the petitioner is admitted and his admission is not canceled and the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not refuse to accept the examination form from the petitioner nor shall withhold the result of the petitioner's examination. The Committee shall decide the validation proceeding within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 12 th April, 2018.
