The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has considered the order dated 16/04/2019 passed by the executing Court below Regular Darkhast No. 216/1982. The petitioner has also withdrawn Special Leave Petition from the Honourable Apex Court on 09/05/2019. As such, he submits that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition so as to take recourse to a remedy as is permissible in law. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to avail of a remedy as may be permissible in law.
