ORDER :- 1.

The petition is filed for giving direction to respondents to decide the proposal given by the petitioner dated 09.02.2011 for permission to open and start High School at village Arni, Taluka and District Osmanabad.

It appears that due to some confusion created by Government Resolution of the State Government due to which permissions were granted on permanent no grant basis, some proposals were not pressed and some persons had come to this Court

(2) WP No.2873/2013 with a grievance that permission was granted on permanent no grant basis. That dispute is now settled.

If the proposal of the present petitioner is still pending, the respondent/Government is expected to take the decision on it within six months from today.
