Mr. Bhosle, learned Counsel for the Appellant/acquiring body, Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel for the respondents alongwith Mr. Patil, Executive Engineer and AGP are present today.

The learned Advocate for the appellant submits that in view of Government Resolution dated 03.11.2016 and the

925(ii)-FA-ST.-9860-2023 &Ors -2subsequent corrigendums dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018, the appellant wants to withdraw the first appeals. 3.

As per the instructions of the appellant, the appeals are disposed of as withdrawn.

The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that a time of six months be granted to deposit amount before the reference Court.

The appellant shall deposit the amount within six months from today. On depositing the amount, the claimants shall be at liberty to withdraw the same alongwith accrued interest. 6.

The Court fees be refunded as per rules.

Award be drawn up accordingly.
