1) Civil Application No.13048 of 2015 is filed for condonation of delay caused in filing appeal. Heard both sides. In view of the contentions made in the application and the submissions made this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. In the result, the application for delay condonation is allowed. Delay is condoned.

2 CA 13048-49 of 2015 2) Learned counsel for the acquiring body has produced copy of order made in First Appeal No.687 of 2015 with connected matters dated 3-12-2015. It appears that the appeals of the original claimants are admitted. In view of these circumstances, present appeal is admitted. Notice after admission. Notice is waived by learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents. Notice to other respondents made returnable on 15th June 2016. Call record and proceeding.

3) Statement is made that the entire amount of compensation is already deposited. In view of this, Civil Application No.13049/2015 filed for stay is allowed and disposed of.
