The grievance of the Petitioner is that his proposal for transfer from the partly aided establishment to the 100% aided establishment, dated 06.01.2024 is pending adjudication with Respondent No. 2.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Let Respondent No. 2 consider the said proposal strictly in accordance with the rules applicable, polices of the Government and after a meticulous verification of all documents which are necessary and relevant for decision making. Such exercise be completed within 90 days.
