After hearing learned counsel for the parties for some time, it is submitted that the present revision is filed against the order granting interim maintenance below Exh.13 in PWDVA application No. 736 of 2018. The said order was challenged before the learned Sessions Judge, Aurangabad vide PWDVA appeal No. 180 of 2019. However, the same was rejected vide order dated 29.11.2021. 2.

By the impugned order the learned Magistrate granted interim maintenance of Rs.1200/- each to respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3. It is submitted that the main maintenance application is still pending. 3.

Considering the above facts, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the learned trial court be directed to decide the application within a specified time by permitting to withdraw the

The submission of learned counsel for the applicant needs to be accepted by giving direction to the learned Magistrate at Aurangabad to decide main PWDVA application No. 736 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today.

In view of above submissions, leave could be granted to the applicant to withdraw the present revision application by directing the learned Magistrate to decide the application within a period six months, as expeditiously as possible, by giving opportunity to both the parties. Hence, the following order:-

O R D E R

I.

Criminal revision application stands disposed of as withdrawn. II.

Learned Magistrate is directed to decide the PWDVA application No. 736 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of six months from today by giving fair opportunity of hearing to both the parties.
