First contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of directions passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.6729 of 2022 with the connected petitions by order dated 10th January 2023. The relevant directions were as follows:- "6.

In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed off with the direction that if comprehensive representations are tendered by the petitioners to the competent authority, it would be the competent authority, vested with the jurisdiction by law, which would consider the said representations in the light of all such Government Resolutions as are applicable, within a period of THREE MONTHS from the date of receipt of such representations." 2.

It is submitted by the learned AGP appearing for the concerned answering Respondents that, the Competent Authority have considered and decided the representation/appeal of the Petitioners by Tauseef

934-CP.377.2024 order dated 19th June 2024. She tenders across the bar the copy of the said order. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that, he has not received the copy of the said order. The learned AGP undertakes to provide the copy of the said order to the learned Advocate for the Petitioners.

In view of above, the contempt petition is disposed of as order is complied with.
