Present Petition can be disposed of in view of prayer clause "(B)" wherein directions are sought to decide the proposal dated 8th July 2022 for approval of services of the petitioner. The proposal is pending before respondent No.3.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and on instructions, makes a statement that the proposal would be decided within two weeks.

In view of the statement by the learned AGP, respondent No.3 - the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar is directed to decide the proposal dated 8th July 2022 for the approval of services of the petitioner within TWO WEEKS from today.

With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
