Present petition is filed for issuing direction to the respondent No.3 to decide the proposals dated 22.03.2021 and 11.04.2023 regarding sanction for approval to the services of the petitioner. 3.

Learned AGP after waiving notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and upon taking instructions from respondent No.3 submits that the said proposal would be decided within a period of four weeks. 4.

In view of said statement, petition stands disposed of with directions to respondent No.3 to decide the said proposals within a period of four weeks from today.
