Both the petitioners have tendered their representations dated 24th February, 2023 and 25th February, 2023 to the Chief Executive Officer. They pray that their representations be decided. 3.

The learned advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that at least 30 days may be granted to decide the representations. 4.

In view of above, this petition is disposed off. Let the Zilla Parishad deal with the representations of both the petitioners,
