The present petition has been filed for directions to respondent-Authorities to decide the proposal dated (06.12.2018) 07.11.2021 for the approval of the services of the petitioner pending with respondent no.2.

The learned A.G.P. after waiving notice for respondent nos.1 and 2 tenders the photocopy of communication dated 17.05.2022. It is submitted that the proposal in respect of services of the petitioner has been already decided and communicated to respondent no.3. The said communication is taken on record by marking Exhibit 'X'. The copy of the said decision has been given to the learned Advocate for the petitioner.

The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner on instructions seeks withdrawal of the petition to file fresh petition to challenge the communication Exhibit 'X'.
