By this petition, the petitioner has put-forth prayer clauses "B", "C" and "D" as under :- "B) Issue writ of mandamus or writ in the nature of mandamus to the respondents to forthwith implement and execute its policy decision dated 03.08.2018 issued by the Water Resources Department, Maharashtra State, Mumbai.

C) Issue a writ of mandamus or writ in the nature of mandamus to the respondent No.1 to forthwith consider the representation made by the

petitioner annexed at Exhibit "D" and pass necessary orders of granting permission to the petitioner for carrying out the work of de-silting of one lakh brass of sludge, sand mix sludge and other material from the medium and minor projects for the period of five years as per the Government Resolution dated 03.08.2018.

D) Pending the hearing and final disposal of this writ petition issue necessary writ, order or direction to the respondent No.1 to forthwith pass necessary orders on the representation annexed at Exhibit "D" for allotment of work of de-silting to the petitioner from the medium and minor projects as per the Government Resolution dated 03.08.2018."

We have considered the submissions of the learned senior counsel along with Mr.A.V. Hon, the learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. on behalf of the State. We have perused the affidavit in reply filed by the Executive Engineer, Kukadi Irrigation Division No.2, Shrigonda, Dist. Ahmednagar, dated 22nd April, 2022.

The learned senior advocate, on instructions, submits at this juncture, that as the Government has placed

before the Court a road map at page 61, the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
