Present petition can be disposed off in view of the prayer clause 'B', which seeks directions to decide proposals dated 23.8.2021 as well as the proposal dated 11.4.2023 for approval of services of the petitioner pending with the office of respondent no.3.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent nos.1 to3 and, upon instructions from respondent no.3, makes a statement that such proposals would be decided within a period of six (6) weeks from today.

In view of the said statement, petition stands disposed off with directions to respondent no.3 to decide the proposals dated 23.8.2021 and 11.4.2023 within a period of six (6) weeks from today.
