Present Petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.2 - the Deputy Director of Education, Nashik Road, Nashik, to decide the proposal dated 12th August 2023 for the approval of the services of the petitioner.

After waiving notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2, learned AGP, on instructions, makes a statement that the said proposal can be decided within eight weeks.

In view of the statement made by the learned AGP, respondent No.2 is directed to decide the proposal dated 12th August 2023 for the approval of services of the petitioner as early as possible and in any case, within a period of EIGHT WEEKS from today.

With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
