The Petitioner prays that, her representation dated 18/03/2024, be decided within a time frame. This Writ Petition is filed on 26/03/2024. We, therefore, do not find that Respondent No.2/Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar, could be stated to have committed any delay in deciding the representation of the Petitioner. A Writ of Mandamus praying for a command to a Statutory Authority to decide an application, can only be issued when the Court is convinced that the said Statutory
