PER COURT :- 1) Heard the learned Counsel for applicant and learned counsel for original claimant. Delay of 74 days has occurred in filing the present appeal by the Insurance Company.

2) Learned Counsel appearing for the original claimant has opposed for condoning the delay, stating that the reasons assigned are insufficient. 3) For the reasons stated in the application, which according to me are just and sufficient, the delay caused in filing the appeal stand condoned. 4) The appeal be registered in accordance with BDV
