The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition is not pressed so far as prayer clause (B) is concerned. The learned counsel seeks directions against the respondent No. 3 to decide the proposal dated 01.11.2020 (page no. 38) seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Headmaster 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3. 3.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Headmaster (page no. 38) is pending with respondent No. 3, then respondent No. 3 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within
