The petitioners desire that this Court should issue a Writ of Mandamus under it's extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for recovering unpaid bills for Nala Safai from respondent No.2/ Municipal Councils.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the pending representation in the first matter is dated 30.11.2021 at page 58 and in the second petition, it is dated 26.11.2021 at page 51.

Since an innocuous prayer has been put forth that the Chief Officers of Municipal Councils, Jamner and Ambad should consider the said representations, these Writ Petitions are disposed off. We expect the Chief Officers of the said Municipal Councils to decide the fate of the said representations expeditiously.

Needless to state, if any dispute arises as regards the quantum of money to be paid to the petitioners, they are at liberty to institute civil suits before the competent civil courts for seeking recovery of unpaid amounts.
