The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, Deputy Director of Education has taken hearing and has confirmed the approval granted by the Education Officer on 28.06.2013. 2.

In case approval of the petitioner is confirmed as contended by the petitioner, then the management shall forward salary bills of the petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from today. The Education Officer shall consider the same and process it within a period of three (03) months thereafter.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
