Learned Advocate Mr. M.R. Deshmukh, authorised signatory of the Insurance Company is present on authorisation. Original claimants/ respondents No.1, 2, 4 and 5 are present before the Lok Adalat and respondent No.3 is present on Video Conferencing. They are identified by learned counsel Mr. Shubham Shinde, holding for Mr. R.V. Gore, learned Advocate.

Both the parties have arrived at compromise which is taken on record and marked as Exhibit "X". 3.

As per the terms of compromise, the claimants agree to accept the amount of Rs.9,00,000/- (Rupees Nine Lakhs only) out of the balance amount lying in the registry and the remaining entire amount along with entire interest accrued thereon be refunded to the Insurance Company. The original claimants agree that they have received 50% amount from this Court.

The First Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the compromise. The award be drawn accordingly in terms of the compromise.

Court fees be refunded as per rules.

Pending Civil Application/s, if any, stand/s disposed off.
