We deem it appropriate to direct the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar, respondent herein to decide the claim put forth and forwarded by the Block Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Karjat vide communication dated 30th December, 2022 within a period of two (02) months from the date of production of copy of this order.
