Both parties along with their learned counsel are present before the Court. They tender on record duly sworn compromise deed, which is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X'. 2.

The parties were referred to the Registrar (Judicial) for verification and report to that effect is placed before the Court. I do not find any impediment in disposing of the second appeal in terms of the compromise. Appellant, who is the owner of the land gut No. 62 has every right, title and interest to enter into compromise. It is good gesture on her part for providing a way through her land for the purpose of Health Centre.

Second appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise terms Exhibit 'X' Decree be drawn up accordingly.
