The Writ Petition was dismissed in default on a lodging stamp number. It was obviously at a pre-notice stage. This Civil Application seeking restoration of the Writ Petition suffers delay of 49 days.

Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant and the learned AGP. Since the Writ Petition was at a pre-notice stage, we are entertaining this Civil Application. Delay of 49 days is not too large. khs/April 2024/4317
