Order :- Heard learned counsel for applicant and respondent Nos. 2 and 3. Perused the application.

Mr. Rathi, learned counsel for the applicant-appellant submits that this Court under order dated 28th April, 2016 granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause- 'B' and thereby stayed the execution and operation of the impugned award passed by the Tribunal on condition that applicant-appellant shall deposit the entire decreetal amount under award within a period of eight weeks from the date of order. Accordingly the applicant-appellant has deposited the entire decreetal amount. Therefore, he prayed to confirm the stay granted by this Court. 2.

In view of the submissions, I do not find any impediment to confirm the ad-interim relief granted by this Court under order dated 28th April, 2016 till further order.

Accordingly Civil Application stands disposed of in above terms.
