PER COURT :- By way of this Civil Application, the applicant seeks amendment in the Writ Petition No. 3885 of 2022 in accordance with prayer clause 'B" of the Civil Application. By way of amendment applicant/petitioner has sought to place on record the subsequent events and the order passed by the authority pursuant to interim order passed by this Court. We are thus inclined to allow this amendment. Civil Application is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. Amendment shall also be carried out in the copies supplied to the respondents one week thereafter. Respondents would be at

911- C.A. No. 5003-2022.odt liberty to fle reply to the amended copy of the petition within three weeks from the date of applicant carries out amendment and serve the copy thereof to the learned counsel for the applicant simultaneously. Rejoinder if any be fled within one week thereafter.

It is made clear that merely because this amendment is permitted none of the averments are being admitted by any of the respondents. Civil Application is made absolute in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. All the respondents are granted one week time to fle afdavit-in-reply from the date of applicant carries out the amendment in their copies.
